Information we collect

With respect to your use of InspireMe’s services, InspireMe can collect personal data about you such as your name and email address.

In addition, we collect visitor statistics, including IP addresses, information about the device you are using and location, when using our services.

How do we use your data?

How long is your data kept?

Any content, which does not include your personal data, that you have uploaded to the Services will be stored until further notice, unless you ask us to delete the content.

Disclosure to third parties and transfer outside the EU/EEA

InspireMe may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as suppliers and service providers, including suppliers involved in providing the technical platform for the Services.

Some third parties are located outside the EU/EEA and in order to protect your personal data, InspireMe will enter into Data Processing Agreements with these third parties, located inside and outside the EU/EEA, to whom your personal data is disclosed.

In addition, we may process and disclose the personal data you have provided to third parties other than those described above in order to fulfill our legitimate interest in complying with applicable laws and regulations and legal regulatory requests or relevant orders of competent courts and public authorities and to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.

Your rights

Your obligation regarding the data you upload

You can download information about the SaaS service. You are responsible for all personal data you upload to the SaaS Service and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the processing of personal data. This means, for example, that you have an obligation to provide data to relevant persons with information relating to your processing of personal data and that you may only process personal data if you have a legitimate purpose and a legal basis to do so. If you upload personal data to the SaaS service as a data controller, we will be the data processor for the processing of such personal data and we reserve the right to require the execution of a data processing agreement.
