With respect to your use of InspireMe’s services, InspireMe can collect personal data about you such as your name and email address.

How long is your data kept?

Some third parties are located outside the EU/EEA and in order to protect your personal data, InspireMe will enter into Data Processing Agreements with these third parties, located inside and outside the EU/EEA, to whom your personal data is disclosed.

You are responsible for all personal data you upload to the SaaS Service and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the processing of personal data. This means, for example, that you have an obligation to provide data to relevant persons with information relating to your processing of personal data and that you may only process personal data if you have a legitimate purpose and a legal basis to do so. If you upload personal data to the SaaS service as a data controller, we will be the data processor for the processing of such personal data and we reserve the right to require the execution of a data processing agreement.
